Mary McIntyre is an experienced nurse attorney and litigator. Her medical expertise has helped a broad category of healthcare providers achieve success in medical malpractice, administrative, products liability and regulatory actions. Ms. McIntyre has successfully defended over 100 providers in Department of Health and DSHS regulatory matters involving claims against their license, allegations of client abuse, mistreatment of vulnerable adults, operation of adult family home, clinic and facility operation and licensing and claims of negligent practice.
