Meet Lee Barns, an experienced litigator with an AV Martindale Hubbell rating. Lee’s practice includes: defense of medical malpractice actions for all healthcare providers: physicians, hospitals, clinics, nurses, nursing assistants and other allied health care professionals. Lee also successfully handles and litigates employment actions including claims for discrimination, improper termination and discharge.
